Flexible “On-Call” Admin Position at a Specialist Rooms. Orange NSW

We are looking for an experienced medical admin person to join our small team as a relief worker. You will be a team member who would be stepping in on different days (some weeks more days than others). You will be covering annual leave or remote days and be part of a cohesive team. You are a highly responsible individual who is self-motivated and enjoys the area of Medical Specialty and Medical Practice. You are ideally familiar with Medical Software and you have medical admin experience (though this is not essential). Team work, a sense of humour and customer service skills are essential.

This position is for someone who wants possibly 1-2 days a fortnight and wants to work in a friendly, caring environment. You also may want to step up later / add more days to your schedule as time goes by. The flexible hours would be only during Monday to Friday (business hours). We look forward to hearing from you.

A Hearty merry Christmas to everyone.

Our office will be closed from December 23rd and will re-open on the 11th January 2021.

Dr Ashton is on call and at OBH from 21st December 2020 to December 30th so will be returning to the rooms on January 25th 2021. Dr Ashton will only be contactable via the rooms during January for emergency queries only.

Today, Friday, 18th September, Australia celebrates Family Businesses Day! We are proudly family owned and managed so here’s to our team who work so hard looking after our patients.

Our Rooms at 309 Anson Street will be closed from 2pm today while our new reception area is getting its final touches so our team are heading home early for a well deserved Friday afternoon rest (or glass of lovely local plonk!).

Thank you to all our clients who support our Family Business and we look forward to re-opening on Monday with our brand new reception area.
