Meet Jessica, Co-Founder & Support Coordinator

In March 2023, after years of experience in Case Management with children in Out of Home Care, Jessica recognised the need for a boutique Support Coordination business in the Central West. She established Prosper Support Coordination to provide personalised and comprehensive support services to the community. Jess holds a Bachelor's Degree in Social Science with a major in Psychology from UNE, Armidale NSW.

Known for her caring nature and meticulous attention to detail, Jess is dedicated to working closely with participants and providers to ensure the best outcomes for her clients. She is committed to helping you and your family achieve your goals with compassion and professionalism.

Meet Matt, Co-Founder & Support Coordinator

With a strong background in sales and customer service, Matt co-founded Prosper Support Coordination in 2023 alongside Jessica to offer a more personalised and effective approach to NDIS Support Coordination in the Central West.

Matt oversees the business operations, manages client communications, handles customer inquiries, and maintains the company’s online presence—including building and managing the Prosper website and social media platforms. His extensive experience in negotiation and advocacy helps clients navigate the NDIS system and work towards securing the funding and supports they need.

With over two years of experience in Support Coordination and a passion for helping others, Matt brings a practical, solutions-focused mindset to the role. Together with Jessica, they offer a combined seven years of expertise in delivering respectful, compassionate, and results-driven support to participants and their families.

After two incredible years serving the Central West, we’re evolving. Prosper Support Coordination is now Prosper Central West – a fresh new look to reflect our growth and future ambitions.
