All it takes is finding movement that you enjoy and which increases your heart rate. The key is in the versatility it can be just about anything.
Increasing your protein intake-Proteins are large and complex molecules made up of amino acids. They play a crucial role in various biological functions, including building and repairing tissues, supporting immune function, and acting as enzymes that facilitate chemical reactions in the body.
