Grace fell in love with Pilates because it truly is for everyone. Inclusive, adaptable, and sustainable for real life — no matter how long you’ve been practicing, it still delivers that unmistakable glute burn (iykyk 🔥)
With a background in Physiotherapy, Grace teaches with injury prevention and long-term function front of mind. Every movement has purpose, supporting your body not just for today’s class, but for life outside the studio too.
Her biggest reminder to clients?
No two bodies are the same. Listening to your body and moving in a way that works for you is where real progress happens.
Grace has been instructing for 5 years, bringing calm confidence, thoughtful programming, and just the right amount of challenge to every session.
Outside the studio, you’ll find her enjoying a leisurely weekend walk — bonus points if there’s a coffee and pastry involved. ☕🥐 Before teaching, it’s always a piccolo, and when it comes to training, she’s a morning workout girl through and through.
