LikeMind is a service for adults aged between 25 and 65 years of age with mental health concerns, as well as their families and carers. You can access a range of community and health services in one location. We work together, and with you, to address your mental health needs, and any other concerns you may have. Your journey begins with a trained healthcare professional, working with you to understand your specific needs, listening to your goals, and helping you develop a Coordinated Care Plan to achieve them. We will then connect you with the services you need, like:

- Mental Health care
- Drug and Alcohol services
- Employment and Training support
- Housing assistance
- Access to Psychologists, Social Workers and more.

๐ŸŒˆ Itโ€™s almost time for the 2026 Rainbow Walk and Community Gathering! We canโ€™t wait to see you at this celebration of unity, diversity and pride on Saturday 7 March.

Weโ€™d love your help spreading the word โ€” letโ€™s fill Summer Street with colour, joy, and community spirit. ๐—ง๐—ฎ๐—ด ๐˜†๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ฟ ๐—ณ๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ฑ๐˜€ ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐˜€๐—ต๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ ๐˜๐—ต๐—ถ๐˜€ ๐—ฝ๐—ผ๐˜€๐˜ to make sure everyone knows about this celebration for all.

Rainbow Walk
๐Ÿ“ Meeting point: Sale Street car park (across from Neweyโ€™s Dry Cleaners)
๐Ÿ•’ Arrival time: From 2:45pm
๐Ÿšถ Walk begins: 3pm
This yearโ€™s walk will travel down Summer Street from Sale Street to McNamara Street, finishing in Robertson Park.

To make the day even brighter, we encourage you to dress up in your most colourful, sparkly, rainbow inspired outfits. Think glitter, pride flags, bold colours, face paint, and creative flair โ€” whatever brings joy! Letโ€™s turn Summer Street into a spectacular celebration of colour and community.

To stay comfortable throughout the afternoon, we recommend bringing:
* A hat, sunscreen, and water
* Comfortable shoes for walking
* Your brightest rainbow outfit
* A picnic rug if youโ€™d like to relax in the park afterwards

* Parking: Parking is available in nearby public car parks and surrounding streets.
* Accessibility: The entire walking route and Robertson Park are accessible for prams, wheelchairs, and mobility aids.
* Road closures: Some sections of Summer Street will be closed for the walk, so give yourself plenty of time to arrive.
