You can access a range of community and health services in one location. We work together, and with you, to address your mental health needs, and any other concerns you may have. Your journey begins with a trained healthcare professional, working with you to understand your specific needs, listening to your goals, and helping you develop a Coordinated Care Plan to achieve them. We will then connect you with the services you need, like:

- Mental Health care
- Drug and Alcohol services
- Employment and Training support
- Housing assistance
- Access to Psychologists, Social Workers and more.

Today, we launch Operation AMAROK XII, with a strong focus on Domestic and Family Violence.

* Targeting offenders outstanding for Domestic Violence matters
* Pursuing individuals with warrants for DV-related matters
* Engaging with victims and offenders to ensure compliance with Apprehended Violence Orders (AVOs)
* Providing support and resources where needed
