Our Studios provides a broad range of classes to not only offer you variety but to also ensure you can find something that allows you to move in a way that suits you and helps you achieve your health and fitness goals. Our current timetables are available for download from our website: www.movementevoution.studio

Whatever your preferred form of movement therapy, we have something that will suit you. In a safe, comfortable and small environment with all equipment provided for all classes all you need to do is turn up! Private sessions are available for corrective postural and alignment issues if you are struggling with ongoing chronic pain caused by poor movement patterns. 🥘 Mindful Eating: when your mind is distracted & you’re not truly focused on the experience of eating, it actually decreases the nutritional absorption no matter what the food is. Your mind and body need to be in the experience in order to benefit fully from your meal.

👅 Tongue Scraping: get yourself a copper tongue scraper (literally so cheap online) & scrap your tongue every morning before you drink anything or brush your teeth. This helps to remove toxins that build up on the tongue overnight (hence the bad breath).

💧 Drink Warm Water: warm water is better than cold water because it’s closer to your body temperature, improves digestion, improves circulation & can help in relieving congestion. It is also soothing for your throat.
