Behind the Rebrand: The Heart of SpiritAbility!

2025 marked a new era for SpiritAbility, a moment where everything we’d been working towards aligned.

From becoming an NDIS-registered organisation to opening our first commercial shopfront in Orange, we’ve grown in ways that reflect not just our services, but who we truly are.

Our new brand isn’t just about colour and design, it’s about evolution. It’s about vibrancy, passion, and connection. 💛

This month, we’re proud to stand up and speak out for Disability Employment Awareness Month 2025 💙

Because the truth is we can all do more, and we can all do better.

At SpiritAbility, we’re incredibly honoured to practice what we preach by employing two amazing men, Jason and Dave on full award wages.
No subsidies. No hidden incentives.
Just genuine, meaningful work that matters.

Jason, who lives with cerebral palsy, and Dave, who lives with a traumatic brain injury, are both incredible parts of our team. Every day, they bring value, purpose, and heart into our workplace. Their roles matter and so do they. 💪

Inclusive employment isn’t complicated.
It’s not about ticking boxes or meeting quotas.
It’s about having conversations, making small adjustments, and seeing the person not the disability.

🧡 Our brand-new Buddy Program helps new team members with little or no industry experience build confidence, learn the ropes, and thrive all while empowering our experienced support workers to grow into leadership roles.

This is how we invest in our people, strengthen our team, and deliver the best possible support to our community all without adding any extra cost to participants’ plans. 🙌
