Get your snacks and blankies ready because we’re looking at hosting our next FREE movies with friends event and we need your help with the following!

1-Movie suggestions. Can be adults only for a couples/friends themed date night or family friendly. You choose!

2-Location. We’ve had a few people suggest hosting an event at the beach. Are we having our next movie night in Emu Park or Yeppoon? You get to choose!

3-Feel free to make any further suggestions to help improve these events.

From the very beginning of this journey, my intention has always been to help others.

This was a first with giving away a pick up/drop off to your special event in my classic car but won’t be a last.

Currently in talks with two potential winners of this giveaway. One person is getting married, the other has a graduation 😁

Biggest shout out to all you lovely people for the birthday love yesterday!
I’m at an age where simple has the most meaning. In saying that, a prime example was a compliment I got which came to me like this…..

“you don’t look 39, I thought you were younger”

Once you hit a certain age. All you can hope for each year is some sort of sign that you’re not getting older 😂😂😂

On top of that I enjoyed every moment I could with my family. With such age comes the understanding that time is indeed the most valuable commodity.

Foot function is quite often an underrated piece of many exercise practices. This can be improved significantly by walking on uneven (rocky) surfaces via different elevations (up and down stairs)
“Turtle lookout” at Point walking track provides the perfect space to achieve this 😁

Join us this Saturday 18th October at Kershaw Gardens for a FREE outdoor movie night. This inclusive event is tailored for our disabled friends, their carers, and family.

-Please arrive from 5:30pm for a 6:00pm start.
-Feel free to bring a picnic mat, blanket and pillows. -Camp chairs at the back and sides of the screen.
-Disabled toilets will be available.
-There are public BBQs if you would like to cook.
-Snacks are mandatory for movie night 😁🌟🎥🍿

Today we celebrate 12 Months Alcohol-Free!

And without question, this is definitely the clearest my mind has ever been!

Over the past 12 months we’ve:

-Created a business for the little one ===> Timber & Tides by Marlee

-Helped coach the first Emu Park U12 girls rugby league team which we took to an all girls carnival.

-Scaled business for Firehawk Strength.

-Brought wifey the car she’s been wanting for the past 5 years.

-Dove back into powerlifting whilst cutting 18KG.

-Got back into some really great fishing.

-Got a clear vision of where we’re heading.

To be honest I had no idea how much I’d actually achieved over the past 12 months and now that I’ve reflected I’m super proud of where I am right now.

Another reminder that small changes compound over time. You just have to keep showing up even on those challenging days 🦅

Today, me and Jay went on a fossicking adventure at the Mount Hay Gemstone Tourist Park
Where we discovered the magic of thunder eggs, nature's unique way of preserving minerals within lava-formed gas bubbles.
If you do make the trip out there, be prepared to play pick up sticks with Bobby the resident puppy🐶
