We’re using art therapy to reduce burnout 🎨
Art therapy gives our staff a safe space to express feelings through creativity, helping process emotions that are hard to put into words.
Our study with Queen Mary University of London found:
✅ Staff who joined art therapy felt half as burnt out
✅ Lower stress, anxiety and depression
✅ Benefits lasted at least three months
💬 “It gives us time to pause, to remember we are human again and to express our feelings through art.” – Dr Umur Guven
