WED: -Intermediate/adv Class, 6-7 pm

-Beg 10.30-11.30am

But what class will suit me? BEGINNERS CLASS. This class is aimed at adults, who have had little or no experience with yoga, who wish to improve their flexiblity and overall welbeing. INTERMEDIATE CLASS. This class is designed to be a little more challenging for adults that have particiapated in yoga atleast once and feel a little more confident, in their ability to participate in the class and in themselves. TEEN YOGA. This class is designed for teenagers (14-18 yr) to help them develop skills to ease the stress of adolescence. As well as improve self esteem, confidence and flexibility.

What a week! ✨
So much to celebrate — 34 wonderful years together 💕, the 5-year anniversary of my cancer diagnosis 🎗️, and over 20 years working at Aquamoves 💦. Feeling incredibly grateful.
I’m beyond thankful to be sharing life with this amazing man. We’ve been through a lot, especially five years ago when I was diagnosed with oesophageal cancer. It was a huge shock — but here we are, cancer-free and creating our own path forward. 🙌
It’s been an honour to share (and keep sharing) my passion for health and fitness with the beautiful Aquamoves community. I’ve had the privilege of meeting and working with some truly special people. 💙
I really am so blessed — and deeply grateful. 💫

Qigong mostly, is a standing mindful movement practice, which opens up the heart, soothes the mind & nervous system. It is gentle, yet profound. Bring a towel or mat or cushion to rest on for the Meditation at the end.

This class is aimed at adults, who have had little or no experience with yoga, who wish to improve their flexiblity and overall welbeing.
INTERMEDIATE CLASS.Hatha & Flow
This class is designed to be a little more challenging for adults that have particiapated in yoga atleast once and feel a little more confident, in their ability to participate in the class and in themselves.
SIMPLY YIN- This practice is suitable for any ability, the long holds work deep within the fascia, which allow the muscles to relax into the pose gifting the joints with expansion. This practice has such a stillness that it may challenge the busy mind, however once acceptance is achieved, the benefits are infinite.
QIGONG;.
This class is designed for all ages, a gentle practice of Tai chi that is purely for energy clearing and good health. It opens up the energy pathways which allows freer movement of the joints, peacefulness to the mind, while bringing joy to the heart. Simply delightful.
