Who We're Looking For:
We're seeking individuals who are:
Reliable and Punctual: Committed to consistent attendance and timely support.
Empathetic and Patient: Able to connect with clients on a personal level and provide respectful care.
Adaptable: Ready to assist with a variety of tasks tailored to individual needs (e.g., personal care, domestic assistance, community access, transport).
Excellent Communicators: Able to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, families, and team members.
Ideally, have relevant experience or qualifications in aged care, disability support, or community services (though we encourage all passionate individuals to apply!).
Possess a current Australian driver's license and reliable transport.
Hold (or be willing to obtain) relevant checks such as a Working With Children Check (WWCC), NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Police Check.

Join Our Compassionate Team as a Disability & Aged Care Support Worker at Care 4 You Support Services!
Are you a caring and dedicated individual passionate about making a positive difference in people's lives? We are seeking enthusiastic Support Workers to provide essential care and assistance to individuals living with disabilities and older Australians in their homes and within the community.
About the Role:
As a Disability & Aged Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling our clients to maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. Your key responsibilities will include:
Personal Care: Assisting clients with daily personal care routines, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Medication Prompting: Reminding and prompting clients to take their medications as prescribed.
Domestic Assistance: Providing light household duties such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
Community Access: Supporting clients to engage in community activities, appointments, and social outings.
In-Home Respite Care: Offering valuable respite to families and primary carers by providing care and companionship to clients in their homes.
What We're Looking For:
A genuine passion for supporting individuals with disabilities and older persons.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a respectful approach.
Reliability and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Essential Requirements:
Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care/Disability), or willingness to obtain.
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
Current Driver's License and reliable vehicle.
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
Working with Vulnerable People Check (or willingness to obtain, if applicable in your state/territory).
