This is why a personalised approach to improving your egg quality, hormonal balance, reproductive health and implantation potential is essential.

Every women has different reasons for why she might be struggling to fall pregnant.

Two women with the same diagnosis (like PCOS or unexplained infertility) will have completely different things:

Most women I work with are already doing so much - eating better, tracking ovulation, managing supplements, even cutting out coffee. ☕️

But despite these things, they're still not seeing results.

And month after month that nagging feeling gets louder...

'What am I missing?'

For a lot of women, one missing factor is stress.

Because in today's world so many of us are living with dysregulated nervous systems, and we don't even realise.

This is when our body is in a fight-or-flight stress response that can't be shut off easily, most of the day.

I call this hidden fertility blocker - The Hijacker.

And she creates an internal state that signals to our reproductive system: Now's not a safe time for pregnancy.
