After 35, protecting your egg quality becomes one of the most important pieces of your fertility puzzle.

And while age plays a role, science shows your daily habits - especially what’s on your plate - can either protect or damage your eggs.

Two of the biggest drivers of egg aging are inflammation and oxidative stress.

Both create cellular damage that builds up over time and affects how well your eggs grow and mature, and whether they can successfully fertilise, and implant as an embryo.

The good news is that you can actively protect your eggs through the foods you eat each day.

Here are two foundational nutrition strategies that will help support your egg quality, especially if you're over 35.

1️⃣ Eat foods rich in antioxidants.

Things like:
🫐 Berries
🥕 Colourful Fruit and Veggies
🌶 Herbs and Spices
🥜 Nuts and Seeds

2️⃣ Limit foods that cause inflammation

This includes:
❌ Vegetable and seed oils (fried foods)
❌ Highly processed foods
❌ High sugar foods
❌ Processed meats

And when you eat to nourish and protect your cells, you’re doing far more than improving fertility...

You’re creating the foundation for a healthy pregnancy and influencing your baby’s future health. 🌱

“Just eat healthy and take a prenatal,” they said… 🥴

But if it were that simple, why are so many women doing exactly that - and still struggling to conceive? 🤷🏻‍♀️

The truth is...

➡️ Nutrition for fertility isn’t just about eating “healthy”.

It’s about connecting the dots to understand what you body is really missing - and using nutrients, foods, and supplementation strategically to overcome whatever is getting in the way of you being able to conceive. 💛

And that could be:

✨ Poor egg quality
✨ Inflammation
✨ Hormone imbalances
✨ Nutrient Deficiencies
✨ An overactive immune system attacking healthy tissue

Because it’s never a one-size-fits-all process.

When we take a targeted, root cause approach, we’re no longer guessing. We’re giving your body everything it needs to finally fall pregnant. 🫶🏼

When things aren’t going to plan, you need more than just generic advice... ❌

You need a clear, step-by-step strategy created just for you 💛

If this resonates, comment CLARITY below, and I’ll share how to start building your personalised fertility plan. ✨

Struggling to lose weight, balance your cycle, or stay energised? It might be your metabolism not your lack of willpower. 👇🏻

Metabolic issues are some of the most commonly missed underlying causes of fertility issues - both in women trying to conceive naturally and through IVF.

Yet standard fertility testing rarely assesses both partners metabolic health.

Poor metabolic health can impact:

⚖️ Ovulation and cycle regularity
🧬 Egg (and s***m) development and quality
📉 Progesterone production
🌱 Implantation and uterine receptivity
🔥 Inflammation and oxidative stress

If you’re noticing signs like:

➡️ Sugar cravings or energy crashes
➡️ Feeling hangry or needing to eat often
➡️ Weight gain around the middle
➡️ Irregular or missing periods

Or you've been diagnosed PCOS, diabetes or insulin resistance

The Interferer is likely playing a role.

She represents metabolic dysfunction - where blood sugar imbalances, weight gain and insulin resistance interfere with your body's reproductive system.

The good news is, that these issues can be addressed successfully with the right nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement support.

If you want to know if your metabolic health could be one of the reasons you're struggling to get pregnant, then take my free, science-backed quiz designed to help you uncover your top fertility saboteur - and the first steps to overcome it.

If you’re trying to conceive, it can feel like everyone has an opinion on what you should be doing.

One expert says “exercise more,” another says “don’t overdo it.”
Someone else swears by cutting caffeine, while another says one cup a day is fine.

And what makes it worse, is when you’re over 35 and trying to get pregnant, the pressure to “do everything right” can feel enormous...

But trying to follow every piece of advice leads to burnout, not confidence in a solid, personalised fertility plan.

Here are a few signs you might be stuck in information overload 👇🏻

1️⃣ You feel anxious or confused after "researching" fertility information, instead of feeling empowered and hopeful.

2️⃣ You’ve spent a small fortune on supplements, but you’re not even sure if they’re the right ones for you (or if they’re working at all).

3️⃣ You’re constantly second-guessing your choices and whether they'll impact your chances this month - from your morning coffee to your workout routine.

4️⃣ You’re doing all the things, but still feel like you're missing something because you still don't understand what your body actually needs.

5️⃣ You just wish someone could simplify it all for you.

If any of those sounds familiar, it's not you. It's the amount of overwhelming, one-size-fits-all advice out there that doesn’t take your unique body or circumstances into account.

And it leads to the same result month after month.

A great way to get out of the overwhelm though, is to take my Fertility Archetype Quiz.

It's designed to help you uncover the #1 factor impacting your fertility, so you have clarity on where to focus your energy first. ⚡️
