This Friday 6:00–7:20pm, Tiari will guide a deeply nourishing evening of Restorative Yoga and Guided Meditation, the perfect way to unwind after a busy, full week.
Restorative yoga allows the body to completely soften and be supported, while meditation gently settles the mind. Together they help shift you out of stress mode and into deep calm.
And if you’ve experienced Tiari before, you’ll know why her classes are so loved. Students often say her voice alone melts away tension, her presence is nurturing, grounding, and her offerings are pure bliss.
Then on Sunday 4:00–5:30pm, join Sara for Soulful Sunday, a beautiful blend of Restorative Yoga and Gentle Pranayama.
Pranayama (breathwork) helps regulate the nervous system, calm the mind, and bring the body back into balance. Paired with restorative yoga, it’s a deeply soothing practice.
Sara has quickly become one of our most popular restorative teachers, her classes are often full because of the calm, nurturing space she creates and the beautiful philosophy she weaves through each practice.
