This week’s Feel Good Friday & Soulful Sunday offering is Blissful Balance — Restorative Yoga & Reiki with the amazing Daria.
Restorative yoga invites the whole nervous system to exhale. Supported by props and held in long, gentle shapes, the body is given the rare opportunity to completely let go, releasing muscular tension, calming the mind, regulating the stress response, and allowing deep, cellular rest. It’s where healing happens, where fatigue is replenished, and where we create space to simply be.
Reiki works on a more subtle, energetic level. Through gentle, intuitive hands-on (or hands-hovering) energy work, it helps to clear energetic blockages, rebalance the system, and invite a profound sense of peace, grounding, and inner harmony. Many people experience a feeling of warmth, lightness, emotional release, or deep meditation-like stillness.
Daria is a senior teacher whose work is deeply rooted in the world of energy, healing, and presence. She has a genuine passion for Reiki and a true love for weaving it into Restorative Yoga, creating a space that feels nurturing, safe, and incredibly transformative. Her classes are not just restful, they are deeply held.
