🪞 Feel Good Friday: “Reflections” with Tiari
🕕 Friday 6–7.20pm
Restorative Yoga + Guided Journaling
Restorative yoga is a practice of surrender, a full-body exhale. Each posture is supported by props so you can completely let go. It soothes the nervous system, improves sleep, balances hormones, eases anxiety, and invites the body into its natural state of healing.
Tiari will gently guide you through a reflective journaling process at the end of class to help you capture the quiet wisdom that arises in your space of calm.
Expect to leave feeling grounded, lighter, and more connected to yourself. No yoga or writing experience needed, just bring your curious heart.

🕯️ Soulful Sunday: “Restore” with Jodie
🕓 Sunday 4–5.30pm
Restorative Yoga + Guided Meditation
This 90-minute practice is designed to nourish your whole being. Through restorative postures, you’ll soften the tension your body has been holding, while your breath and heart gently realign. Then, Jodie will lead you through a deeply soothing guided meditation to help you enter that space between wakefulness and rest, the sweet spot where true healing happens.
Guided meditation invites the mind to let go of striving and surrender into ease. It slows the heart rate, steadies emotions, clears mental fog and reconnects you to your intuition. You don’t have to “know how” to meditate, Jodie will guide every breath, every moment, every pause. This is more than relaxation, it’s a complete reset.
