As we prepare to close for the year, The Reach Life team wish our referrers, clients and community a Christmas that offers rest, connection and joy.

For me 2025 has been a year of surprise, gratitude, more lessons in humility and letting go, celebration, goodbyes and hellos, staying the distance, facing bravely, falling down, standing up, inspiration and exhalation.

In 2026 we say farewell to some of our team who set out on their own paths, we welcome new team with excitement and the sense of privilege that comes with being part of their career.

It is in this spirit that this quote feels especially true for me this year.

Whatever Christmas and the Festive season means for you, I send my heartfelt wishes for tenderness, courage and in all ways Hope.

Thank you Cat!

Cat joined Reach Life in January 2021 as a co-owner and has been part of our leadership journey over the past few years. We would like to warmly acknowledge and thank her for her contributions during that time.

As of this month, Cat has now stepped away from ownership and from the management team at Reach Life. Tahnee, our Founder and Managing Director, continues to lead the practice with the same commitment to the vision that has guided Reach Life for the past 13 years-building a helping community grounded in compassion, connection, and care.

We are grateful to Cat for her chapter in Reach Life’s story, and we look forward to continuing to serve our clients, families, and referrers with the same dedication and heart that is our core business.
