I recently saw a client who was doing all the "right" things—taking magnesium, calcium tissue salts, B12, and a range of supportive herbals—yet she still had persistent muscle aches, poor sleep, and zero improvement in how she felt.

She was frustrated and confused. That’s when we decided to run a Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA).

🧬 What we found was eye-opening:

Low calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium, manganese, and cobalt—despite supplementing consistently.

Her HTMA pattern showed a "Fast 2" stress response, meaning her body was burning through minerals at a rapid rate—even though she didn’t feel stressed.

Cobalt was completely absent—which tells us she wasn’t absorbing her B12.

She also had markers suggesting low stomach acid (low HCl)—a major factor in poor mineral absorption.

Low manganese can contribute to poor blood sugar regulation, joint and ligament health, and yes—poor sleep.
