We are so happy to have the Sunrise Peak Psychology and Adventure Therapy Team as part of The Work Well!

~Welcoming a new year at Sunrise Peak Psychology~

As we move into the start of 2026, with children heading back to school and routines beginning to return, we’re looking forward to welcoming both familiar and new faces into our practice.

This photo was taken at the end of last year when our team came together for a pre-Christmas brunch. It was also a chance to welcome Debbie to the team and to farewell Naomi as she headed off on her adventures abroad, before she returns to us later in the year.

Over the past three years, our team has grown and evolved into a supportive, thoughtful group of psychologists who value working collaboratively with one another and alongside the individuals and families we support. As with any growing practice, there have been changes along the way, including some team members increasing their availability, which means we currently have some capacity to welcome new individuals looking for support.

As the months move forward and the everyday demands of work, school and family life begin to build again, support can be a helpful part of staying steady through change.

Hi I’m Jess, and stumbled upon Paddington earlier this year by chance. Transitioning up from Melbourne during Covid (like so many of us) when I first arrived (living in Kangaroo Point) I knew very little of Paddington. I came across The Work Well Health Centre and was so pleasantly surprised at the holistically minded business there which aligned with my ethos in wellness.
After working in the corporate world of technology, the work is often solving problems. I’ve seen and have experienced quite a lot of stress from people in the workplace (over my career) and as a problem solver, I wanted to do something about this. I have a background in massage, and knew the benefits to easing tension associated with stress - and ultimately make people feel good! So here I AM, on a mission to pursue self care! There really is something about being touched on the head with is instantly soothing. Facial massage, targets nerves and trigger points which can really calm people down. I also offer low-tox skin care which is a sideline to my practices of healing.
My clients have followed me to Paddington and clients of The Work Well have also reached out. I would love to meet more of you!!
