I allow your body to lead the way by muscle testing what stressors need support in a holistic and achievable way.

Helping you become of aware of simple ways to work towards your goals-whether it is physical, emotional, social, mental, spiritual or financial.

I also believe you can’t really comprehend the benefits until you have experienced it for yourself.

A kinesiology session can be very surprising for some clients, as they come in with a specific goal in mind but the underlying stress and stored emotion can lead to greater awareness. Showing you things that you may have been avoiding or emotions your body wants to release. No one session is the same but in every session you are heard, seen and valued. Every session you are able to freely express what comes up without judgement.

I am not perfect but I am constantly working on myself, so I can hold space for you to explore what you may have never been able to safely explore and release before.

I love being able to support my family with kinesiology. Last night my son was not a happy camper. He asked for a balance. 🥹

The emotion of impatience came up which is on the bladder meridian. He knew straight away what that emotion was related to. We talked about the metaphysical meaning behind the bladder meridian and how an emotion (which he identifed himself) needed to be diluted. He recognised he can allow happiness to flow more freely.

As I massaged an accumulation point on the bladder meridian, he shared ways he can manage triggering situations. He suggested steps and actions that bring him happiness, that he can implement next time. Accumulation points relate to a build up of an emotion/s that often, if not expressed come out in an explosive way.
An essential oil to smell and a crystal were also used to support him.

Afterwards he was calm and affectionate. Win win! 🫶🏻

It’s the middle of the year already….crazy! Check in time! How are you doing? Are you working towards your dreams and goals?

Did you know kinesiology can support you in gaining clarity, energy and motivation towards your goals? And even more than that, on a subsconcious level, you can deep dive into the limiting beliefs and roadblocks holding you in a freeze mode.

You aren’t lazy, there is a story behind it.

Once you can bring that to your awareness you can make small simple actionable steps to move forward.

Don’t let 2025 slip you by, saying I didn’t even do what I really wanted.

Today in the clinic limiting beliefs were explored. Kinesiology allows you to gently explore the beliefs that are impacting your choices and behaviours. By bringing awareness to these thoughts, you can meet that belief with compassion and love, seeing why it’s there then find ways to holistically shift.
