As a Lifestyle & Wellness Coach, I use Ayurveda, Tantra, & holistic practices to guide you toward health, vitality, and self-love - helping you live authentically & radiantly. Hi, I’m Alicia I operate Blissful Soul here in the beautiful Eastern Dandenong Ranges in Victoria. I’m passionate about health and wellbeing through creating a loving and healing space for you to come and learn self care, whilst receiving the rest and healing you need. When you commit to your health and wellbeing with me, I can help you combat all kinds of modern day challenges. In fact, in addition to being a highly experienced practitioner in massage (regular relaxation and specialised Ayurvedic treatments), I also specialise in treating stress, depression and anxiety. My passion is “Ayurveda”, which has been used in Indian every day life for over 5000 years. Ayurvedic medicine is based on the concept of the three “doshas”, or “tridosha”. Dosha is commonly taken to mean ‘force’ – something that can get out of balance easily in today’s hectic times. Ayurveda is really a complete way of life – it’s a system that helps maintain health, using marma points and herbal oils, as well as aromatherapy massage. I truly love Ayurvedic massage, because it helps to rejuvenate the mind, body & soul, cleansing toxins & impurities from the body while opening and aligning the chakras. I’ve found it incredibly powerful and intuitive for my clients and I encourage you to allow your body to heal through this beautiful and ancient practice. My primary aim through massage is to re-balance your very specific “Dosha“, aligning the chakras to help you feel relaxed and amazing. 2026 is a blank page. Not a chance to fix what's broken. Not a to-do list of resolutions. Not pressure to become someone else.

It's a chance to show up differently.

To listen to your body. To say no without guilt. To rest without earning it. To take up space. To be real.

It's a chance to remember: you were never broken. You were just stuck.

And stuck can shift.

This year, I'm wishing you nervous system calm. A body that feels good. Permission to be exactly who you are.

I'm wishing you presence over perfection. Real moments over Instagram ones. Depth over hustle.

I'm wishing you yourself—the real, messy, beautiful version.

That's all you need.

The year is almost over.
And you're still here. Still standing. Still showing up.
That matters.

But some things need to stay in 2025.
The guilt. The perfectionism. The people-pleasing. The belief that your worth = what you produce. The exhaustion you wore like a badge of honor. The times you said yes when every cell in your body was screaming no.

Let it go.
Write it down. Say it out loud. Feel it leave your body. You don't need to carry it into 2026.
Now ask yourself: what am I taking with me?
The lessons. The strength. The moments that felt real. The times you chose yourself. The boundaries you set. The people who showed up. The quiet mornings. The body reconnection. The permission you finally gave yourself to rest.
Hold onto that.
2026 doesn't need you to be perfect. It doesn't need you to do more or be more or prove anything.

It just needs you. Real. Grounded. Taking care of yourself.

Christmas guilt is real.
You feel it when someone asks you to do something and your body says no but your mouth says yes.
Here's what I want you to know: saying no isn't selfish. It's not unkind. It's not ungrateful.
It's survival.

When you say yes to everything, your nervous system stays activated. Your body stays tense. Your heart closes off. You show up depleted, not present.

When you say no, you protect your energy. You show up as yourself. You give people the real you, not the exhausted version.
That's actually the greatest gift.

Boundaries aren't walls. They're not rejection. They're love—for yourself and for the people around you.

So this Christmas, I'm giving you permission: you're allowed to say no.
No to the extra commitments. No to the things that drain you. No to performing and pretending.

Yes to rest. Yes to presence. Yes to being real.
Your family doesn't need a perfect version of you. They need you.

Christmas doesn't have to look like the magazines.

No perfect table. No flawless family dinner. No Instagram-worthy moments.

It can just be: you, rested. Present. Not performing.

It can be saying no to the things that drain you. Yes to the people who matter. And a whole lot of grace for the messy parts.

It can be your body feeling good. Your nervous system calm. Your heart actually open instead of closed off from exhaustion.

It can be real.

I was so disconnected from my body, I didn't even realize it until Alicia pointed it out.

I was numb. Going through the motions. Saying yes to everything because I didn't know how to say no. My body was screaming but I couldn't hear it.

The Reclaimed Woman program gave me language for what I was feeling. It gave me permission to take up space. And it gave me tools to actually listen to myself.

Every time you push through exhaustion. Every time you say yes when you mean no. Every time you ignore what you need—your nervous system remembers.
And by December, it's screaming.

You might notice it as tension you can't release. Sleep that doesn't feel restful. Digestive issues. Brain fog. Constant fatigue. These aren't random. Your body is literally asking for help.
