Hi, I’m Alicia I operate Blissful Soul here in the beautiful Eastern Dandenong Ranges in Victoria. My passion is “Ayurveda”, which has been used in Indian every day life for over 5000 years. Ayurvedic medicine is based on the concept of the three “doshas”, or “tridosha”. Dosha is commonly taken to mean ‘force’ – something that can get out of balance easily in today’s hectic times. Ayurveda is really a complete way of life – it’s a system that helps maintain health, using marma points and herbal oils, as well as aromatherapy massage. I truly love Ayurvedic massage, because it helps to rejuvenate the mind, body & soul, cleansing toxins & impurities from the body while opening and aligning the chakras. I’ve found it incredibly powerful and intuitive for my clients and I encourage you to allow your body to heal through this beautiful and ancient practice. My primary aim through massage is to re-balance your very specific “Dosha“, aligning the chakras to help you feel relaxed and amazing. When I talk about intimacy, I’m not just talking about s*x.

I’m talking about connection.
Connection to yourself.
Connection to your body.
Connection to your truth.
Connection to your partner.

It’s about feeling safe enough to be honest.

But that’s not where disconnection starts… and it’s not where it heals.

Sometimes one person is ready to look at things before the other is.
That doesn’t automatically mean the relationship is broken, and it doesn’t mean you need to force anything.
Sometimes the first step is getting clear yourself. Understanding the pattern. Learning how to approach the conversation in a different way.
Pressure rarely creates safety. Clarity often does.

Let’s be honest.
Most people feel awkward talking about intimacy at first.
That does not mean something is wrong with you. It means you’re human.
You do not need to come to this work polished, confident, or already knowing how to say the hard things.
Part of the process is learning how to name what you feel, what you need, and what’s been left unsaid, without shame.

A lot of people want support, but still hesitate to reach out because they don’t know what to expect.
So let me say this clearly.
My sessions are grounded, honest, and deeply respectful. This is not about pressure, performance, or pretending you’re fine when you’re not.
It’s a space to slow down, tell the truth, and look at what’s really going on in your relationship with yourself or your partner.
We may explore communication, body awareness, breath, nervous system regulation, and practical tools that support real change.
You do not need to arrive with the right words. You just need to be willing to start.

What is intimacy if it's not s*x?

Most people think intimacy = s*x. So when s*x stops, they think the intimacy is gone.

But that's not how it works.

Intimacy is presence. It's being seen. It's vulnerability without judgment. It's touch that says "I'm here with you." It's eye contact that goes deeper than words. It's knowing someone so fully that you don't need to perform anymore.

S*x can be intimate. But intimacy doesn't require s*x.

Intimacy is:
- Sitting in silence and feeling completely safe
- Being touched without expectation
- Sharing something you've never told anyone
- Laughing until your belly hurts
- Holding space for someone's pain
- Being fully present with another person

When couples tell me they've lost intimacy, what they've actually lost is *presence*. They're living parallel lives. Going through motions. Not really *seeing* each other anymore.

The good news? Intimacy can be rebuilt. And it starts way before the bedroom.

It starts with choosing to show up. Really show up.
