You’re not alone. So many women feel the same way, and that’s exactly why I started Bloom by Bella.

I offer private one-on-one personal training sessions in Heritage Springs Estate, Pakenham. Each 60-minute session is tailored to you, with the right mix of strength training, mobility and stretching so you walk away feeling capable and confident 💪

To give you support outside of training, I also offer fortnightly nutrition coaching check-ins. These short sessions keep you accountable, help simplify your food choices and give you confidence in your everyday routine 🌼

Training with me isn’t about pressure or perfection. It’s about having a supportive space where you can grow, feel proud of yourself and enjoy the process.

The challenge is not motivation, it is finding something that feels supportive and enjoyable. Gyms can feel intimidating, online programs often lack accountability, and group classes do not always give you the personal touch you need 💕

That is why I created Bloom by Bella. I offer one-on-one personal training sessions tailored to you, along with fortnightly nutrition coaching to keep you supported in everyday life.

Together we focus on helping you feel capable, energised and proud of yourself. No gyms, no pressure, just a safe space where you can grow, have fun and build lasting confidence 🌼
