What is Acutonics and Frequency Healing? Acutonics® is grounded in Oriental medicine, psychology, science, cosmological studies and sound healing principles. The Acutonics system is unique to other sound modalities in that the frequencies used are the natural harmonious healing frequencies of our universe: "The Music of the Spheres". The vibrational frequency of the Earth, Moon, Sun and Planets, and their archetypal qualities, lead to the creation of the Acutonics® Tuning Forks. These fine-tuned therapeutic frequencies can be applied to the body via specific acupuncture points to access the meridian and energy systems and stimulate the movement of chi. During the session, a combination of Sound Therapy Tools may be used such as Acutonics Tuning Forks, Hand Chimes and Tibetan Bowls. I personally love fusing my own love of Kahuna wisdom bodywork into a session depending on a clients needs. This integrative approach to health and wellness supports the body’s natural frequencies, balances the physical and subtle energy fields, and promote wellness, deep inner harmony and Harmonic Attunement® to facilitate the body's innate wisdom to heal. These sessions embraces the concept of an musical and undivded universe, and helps the client to deepen their understanding of the natural world, body, mind and spirit, and the role that they each play in the journey toward wholeness. Celebrating the upcoming journey of motherhood myself, I know how beautiful it is to be nurtured during this time.

Have u ever experienced Kahuna Massage?

Kahuna body work is an ancient Hawaiian temple form of massage. KaHuna bodywork was used during Rites of Passage in the South Pacific as a transformational massage and healing system. In the language of native Hawaiians, the word "kahuna" is derived from "huna" which means "secret knowledge."

Holistic healing for the spirit, mind, body and soul.

Kahuna bodywork has the ability to install tranquility, deep peace and relaxation, balancing the body and mind in the physical, emotional and spiritual dimensions. A nurturing, grounding massage, with deep healing capabilities.

It involves long, flowing strokes that reconnect the individual to the core of their being and restore balance to their life. The holisitic theraphy allows energy to move more freely, eliminates energy blockages in the body, facilitating deep tension release, peace and relaxation, activate endorphins in the brain, stimulates the lymphatic, circulatory, respiratory and digestive systems, and promotes detoxification and cleansing.

Deeply focused on intent, and attuning the massage to harmonise the various rhythms within the clients body, asists to bring a deep parasympathetic nervous system reset.

Also, supporting surrender and letting go, emotions may rise, and we encourage and welcome these to be felt and released through breath and sound.

Music, sound, draping and cleansing rituals are used which enhance the deeply healing effects of the massage.

To watch the practitioner is too watch a dance around the table, to me, its a flow and offering, a form of devotion and worship to the bodies temple, facilitating the reciever to return to the essence that lies within.
