Hey all,
Im offering Qi Gong classes at 7am Tuesday morning. Laguna park between First and Hawaii ave. Such a beautiful way to start the day. Ni cost at this stage . Just show up in comfortable clothes and bring a mat if you don’t want your feet on the grass :-) Ask for a reminder text the night before if you’re interested in coming. It would be great to see you there !

Free facial slide cups when you but the cleansing iil and facial oil together. I will include a little demo so you know how to use them. I was giving myself cosmetic acupuncture the other day and as I was trying to do it sitting up, a few of the needles fell out and into my top. As i was leaving the clinic that day it became clear that one had travelled into my crotch!🙀It was a very slow and uncomfortable walk to the car 🤣
