Lisa formerly worked as our wonderful receptionist, before pursuing her PhD in Clinical Psychology on the topic of vulvo-vaginal pain conditions. She has now returned as a fully registered psychologist, and has immediate availability to see clients with anxiety, OCD, and pelvic pain (e.g., vaginismus, dyspareunia and genito-pelvic pain/penetration disorder).

Bron is a registered psychologist with experience working with perinatal mental health. She is available to see clients with anxiety, OCD, perinatal anxiety and depression, and postpartum OCD.

Poll: Have you heard of Inference-Based CBT for OCD?

I-CBT is not new, but it has recently gained more attention as a treatment option for OCD.

Recent research suggests it might be just as effective as Exposure with Response Prevention (ERP). This is exciting, as having more than one treatment option for people with OCD can only be a good thing!
