With the range of services, we provide, we aim to make a difference in the lives of those with
disability. The goal is to make each of our participant’s lives easier, fairer and more involved by participating within their own communities. Territory Plus Support Coordination is a company that was established with the sole aim of offering disability services that puts the participant as a priority in creating opportunities, promoting independence and progression in a safe and non-discriminative environment. We are a team of qualified community service professionals, with knowledge and experience of 13 years who have been supporting people from diverse backgrounds to achieve their goals.

Hi all,

We are proud to inform you that we have established Territory Plus Support Coordination to provide range of NDIS funded supports. Within the range of supports, we are providing support coordination level 2, tailored and person centred core supports such as assistance with shopping, community participation, attending appointments, in home supports - domestic assistance, personal care.

We are accepting referrals so please reach out if we can assist. If anyone needs help completing their NDIS application, we are happy to assist.
