Sleep when they sleep they say, Lil dude doesnt like the 💤 so how does one sleep??
Mumming is a whole different world 🌍 my hardest roll call yet !!
When I held space for mummas in my studio, their endless thank-yous made me think I understood how much they needed a place to breathe, be held, soften, and unwind.
Now that I’m here myself, I truly get it. 💛
