Support Worker – Full-Time (LGBTQ+ Friendly)

Location: Northern Suburb
Client: 48-year-old female, LGBTQ+ background
Salary: Competitive | Start: ASAP

We are seeking a full-time support worker for a 48-year-old woman with autism, OCD, and IBS. Must have relevant experience and a supportive, LGBTQ+ affirming approach.



Key Responsibilities:

Daily living support, personal care, and routines
Assist with autism, OCD, and IBS-related needs
Encourage independence and emotional wellbeing
Support with community access and appointments


Requirements:

Experience with autism and OCD
Understanding of IBS or willingness to learn
Inclusive, respectful, and reliable
NDIS clearance check(essential)
Own reliable car.
Able to drive all around Adelaide.
