I started Zebra Care because I saw how stressful the NDIS can be, especially when invoices take weeks to get paid by other plan managers.

I wanted to change that - to make NDIS plan management a little lighter for the people we support.

Now I help participants Australia-wide with lightning-fast payments and personal, down-to-earth support. Just a real person who understands and is here to help.

⭐️ Attention Service Providers invoicing through Zebra Care Plan Management ⭐️

ALL provider invoices to be addressed directly TO the Participant and only CARE OF the Plan Manager (NOT directly to the Plan Manager). Please see the below example:

TO: Participant Full Name
Participant NDIS Number
Participant Address
Participant Phone Number
C/- Zebra Care (invoices@zebracare.com.au)

In addition to the above required information, invoices must still contain the following:

• Invoice Number
• Invoice Date
• Providers NDIS Business Name
• Providers active ABN
• Providers email address
• Providers phone number
• Description of Services
• NDIS Line Item Code appropriate to the service being charged
• Amount, quantity (units) and unit price
• Claim Type (for example: Direct Service, Non-face-to-face etc)
• Date/s the Support was delivered
• Total invoice amount and if applicable, the GST amount.

I hope this clarifies any uncertainties of an invoice and its format.

Zebra Care aims to remain extremely compliant in this space - not only to ensure that we continue processing invoices efficiently, but also for the sake of our participants and service providers alike.
