Congratulations to Amy Evison on her selection in the Queensland Under 15's team! Amy is a talented fast bowler, but its her work ethic and passion for the game of cricket that is driving her success! It's been great to be involved in her development as an athlete over the past 2 years including improving bowling kinematics, cricket-specific strength and conditioning programs, clinical pilates programs, sprint training, functional bowling exercises, workload management and 'bowling coach'. Amy's programming has focussed on performance optimisation whilst building chronic workload and resilience to injury. Super excited for her selection and her future career in cricket! Well done Amy!

I am pleased to share that I graduated from Master of Medical Research this week. I thank all my patients for your support over the past couple of years as I continue to grow my knowledge and expertise to provide the highest quality Physiotherapy service. I'm pleased to announce that I will be continuing my career progression with a PhD through Griffith University in 2025. I'll continue be providing Physio services throughout.
