This week in the Kangaroo Kitchen, Brenton picked our Around the World menu and chose an Indian favourite. We cooked butter chicken with naan and rice, plus gulab jamun for dessert. πβ¨

Each class runs from 9am to 3pm with pick up and drop off included. Participants help choose the menu, head to the supermarket to shop and practise basic budgeting, then return to the kitchen to cook one savoury and one sweet dish together.
It is a fun, confidence building program where everyone learns teamwork, time management and kitchen safety skills.
Judging by the empty plates, Brentonβs menu was a big hit ππ½οΈ
