When a loved one passes there is often pain and grief experienced from the living. Gain some comfort that most times they are at peace.
The light and freedom I feel when connecting with someone’s loved one is comforting, and an honour. It’s like they are in caretaker mode. They are caring for themselves, doing what they loved or what they have always wanted to do. They check in on us to offer support and love; has something moved from where you thought it was? did you hear their favourite song? did you smell their sent? You may not see their vision or hear their voice but look for the signs.
They don’t want to feel sad that you are stuck and not getting on with your life. Continuing on does not mean you have forgotten them but you are honouring them.
Remember funerals, property and possessions are only for the living.
Give peace to your loved one and continue to honour your life x
