Chips are:
→ low protein
→ easy to overeat
→ not very filling

So instead of cutting them out…
learn how to eat them properly.

Try this:
🥔 Keep the chips
💪 Add protein

That’s how fat loss becomes sustainable.

it’s consistency.

I used to think that photoshoots weren’t meant for me …

I believed they were meant for women associated with Victoria Secret Model or America’s Next Top Model.

I was so wrong ❌

Photoshoots helped me break through my shell and my barriers that held me back from becoming the best version of myself.

That first photoshoot felt like a bunch of butterflies had been released out of my stomach … 🦋

That first photoshoot gave me the confidence that nothing could ever replace! That’s when I realised …

A lot of women around me felt the same way.

Hiding in baggy clothes.

Avoiding the mirror at all costs.

And restarting over every Monday to end up in the same spot for the rest of the year.

Because real progress?
It doesn’t always show up as a lower number.

It looks like:
→ Lifting heavier than you did last week
→ Feeling more confident walking into the gym
→ Having more energy throughout your day
→ Sticking to your routine (even when life is busy)
→ Looking in the mirror and actually feeling proud

These are the wins that matter.
