The gloves are on… and something exciting is about to land in the studio. 🥊

Next week we officially launch Boxing 4 Fitness, and it’s already shaping up to be one of the most fun and energising additions to our program.

This isn’t about getting hit or stepping into a ring. Our Boxing 4 Fitness sessions are non-contact, safe, and designed for all abilities. We’ll be using focus pads, not people, so you get all the benefits of boxing without the risk. You can punch hard, move fast, and walk away feeling strong, confident, and smiling.

Boxing is an incredible full-body workout. It builds cardio fitness, strength, coordination, balance, and core stability, while also being a brilliant stress reliever.

There’s something powerful about throwing combinations, learning new skills, and feeling yourself get fitter week by week. It’s challenging, but it’s also seriously fun.

These classes are perfect whether you’re brand new to fitness, looking to mix things up, or wanting a high-energy session that complements your current training.

They slot beautifully into our program and add a fresh, exciting option for members who want something different.

Meet Kylie & Lea: Survivors of the 6am Session 😄

This morning our legendary 6am crew turned up the laughs as well as the effort, thanks to Kylie and Lea rocking their now-iconic T-shirts:
“I think my trainer is trying to kill me.”

And honestly… fair call 😜

But here’s the truth behind the slogan: these two absolute legends keep showing up, keep pushing through, and keep getting stronger week after week. The smiles, the banter, the sweat, it’s everything that makes our 6am group so special.

The 6am crew is a unique bunch. Eyes barely open, coffee still kicking in, yet somehow they bring:

🔥 Support, laughs, and encouragement for everyone in the room

We’re starting with 2 evening sessions:
