If you're lucky, your child will love a bowlful of something green and nutritious. This isn't the case for most of us though, and getting your child to eat their broccoli and carrots may seem like an uphill battle.
If you're at your wit's end trying to convince your kids to give vegetables a try, we've compiled three easy ways to incorporate greens into their meal time without the fuss:
π₯£ Blend into soup: One of the easiest ways to mask the flavour and look of vegetables is by blending them into soup. A nice slice of bread on the side or some pasta, and your child won't know the difference!
β Cut into fun shapes: Make mealtimes something to look forward to by cutting vegetables into fun shapes - think stars, triangles and hearts - and even arranging them into pictures, bento-style.
π₯¦ Incorporate into their favourite meal: Mask the flavour of vegetables by adding them to your little one's favourite meal. Pizza, pasta, tacos, nachos or even blended into the sauce over, greens can easily be added to any meal to make it more nutritious for them.
