One of our Chiro's Greg Lees finished the AFL Masters National Carnival in Darwin, with the QLD Div 2 55-59 years as premiership winners.

The team won 3 games in a row in the heat and humidity of Darwin. It was the first premiership win for the majority of the team.

One of our chiros is playing with the Qld Masters AFL team at the Darwin Masters AFL Carnival this week. Greg Lees is in the 55-60 team div 2.

Last year they were hammered in Fremantle. This year the team won there first outing with the next game Wednesday morning against Vic metro.

One of our chiros Greg Lees is off until Feb healing his shoulder after rotator cuff surgery. The price paid for playing AFL in your 50's.

One week post surgery and all is going well. Considered one of the most painful surgeries it still responds well to ice packs, ibuprofen and paracetamol. No different to acute back and neck pain. Long term recovery involves regular mobility, good food and fluids, rest periods and most importantly time.

We practice what we preach. Keep at your health journey you'll get there. We are here to help.
