Eternal Disability Care was thrilled to be part of the Ready-Set-Connect event on October 15, 2025, at St Marys Rugby League Club, Penrith (NSW)! 🎉

This fantastic event brought everyone together, service providers, parents, carers, support coordinators, and teachers in a fun and interactive environment — all working towards stronger collaboration and better outcomes for participants.

Our team can’t wait to connect, share what we do, and learn from others in the disability and community sector.

It was lovely meeting everyone, exchanging ideas, and celebrating the amazing work happening across our community!

Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? Eternal Disability Care (EDC) is looking for compassionate, energetic individuals to join our team in Perth!

✨ What You’ll Be Doing:

🧼 Assisting with daily living tasks (personal care, meals, household duties)

🏊 Supporting community participation (gym, pool, social outings)

💬 Providing emotional support and meaningful companionship

📋 Monitoring progress and reporting on participant well-being

✅ Implementing support plans and ensuring safety and compliance

👥 Who We’re Looking For:

✔ A caring, empathetic nature individual that is commitment to making a difference.

✔ Demonstrated experience in Support Worker or similar roles

✔ Certificate III in Individual Support or similar (preferred)

✔ Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWCC, First Aid & CPR, Infection Control, and NDIS Orientation

✔ Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle

Eternal Disability Care is looking for a compassionate and understanding young female support worker to assist a lovely young female client living with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) and other health conditions.

🧡 Your Role Will Include:

Providing gentle community access support

Assisting with light domestic duties

Encouraging social engagement and reducing isolation

💬 About the Client:
She experiences chronic pain and fatigue, and is seeking someone who is kind, patient, and genuinely empathetic. Building a trusting, peer-like connection is important to her wellbeing.
