How to be breast aware

Get to know your breasts:

Regularly check your breasts, armpits, and up to your collarbone to become familiar with their normal look and feel.

Look for changes:

Watch for any unusual changes, such as a new lump, thickening, dimpling, or skin irritation.

Check for other symptoms:

Pay attention to changes in the shape or size of your breast, or any unusual ni**le changes or discharge.

Do not delay:

Contact a doctor if you notice any unusual changes, as not all lumps are painful.
