As of the 4th August I will be relocating to a new room within the Goodlife Health Club, Payneham.
My new space will be located upstairs, next to the group fitness room.
All of my services will remain the same, and I’m committed to ensuring a smooth transition.
Feel free to make use of the two chairs just outside my new room. Going forward, I’ll meet you outside my room at your

Everyone’s experience with pain is unique—not just compared to others, but even at different stages of life. What once felt manageable might now feel overwhelming, and vice versa.

I truly believe that understanding your own pain is a key step in recovery. With the right guidance, managing it can become more straightforward.

One of the things I love most about my job is having the opportunity to commit my time to helping people make sense of their pain and creating a plan of action that considers the bigger picture. Pain is complex, but you don’t have to navigate it alone.

I’m thrilled to share that starting in January, I’ll also be working with the amazing team at Bayside Sport & Health in Glenelg.

For those of you who travel across the city to see me, this new location might be a more convenient option.
For my Payneham clients, rest assured—my clinical hours will remain similar, with only minor adjustments to accommodate this new opportunity.
