Water: a symbol of emotion, intuition, adaptability and deep wisdom.

The ocean: a seductress, beautiful and alluring, but with a force behind her that is raw and powerful, dangerous and full of rage and yet in her rage and force she brings so much calm to those that connect with her, deep peace, repair and a cleansing of the physical, mental and spiritual bodies so absolutely, your connection to earth and the heavens are unquestionable, clear and tangible.

On my walk today red dragonflies danced around me for hours, coming close so that we could see and acknowledge each other before gliding out over the ocean’s surface, again and again and again.

Dragonflies: symbols of adaptability, joy, transformation and metamorphosis.

Red Dragonflies: synonymous of ancestral spirits, sacredness and intense life force.

The messages are there for us if our eyes are open to see ❤️

From January 6, 2026 I am making a return to where my professional practice began in 2004.

Macquarie Place Chiropractic gave me an amazing opportunity to grow my skill base and establish myself as a Reflexology Practitioner within the wellness community.

It will be wonderful to return to the clinic on Tuesday and Thursday each week bringing a wealth of new skills and knowledge to assist people on their wellness journeys in a clinical setting.

We held a little Christmas get-together last night for our Crow & Cauldron students. It has been an amazing honour to have been able to teach these beautiful souls all year and to see so much personal growth in each and every one.

We have a full calendar of learning opportunities in 2026, from regular structured classes to more casual general interest, cleansing and grounding and of course our monthly Magickal Makers will be back!

Our fabulous intermediate psychic development class is building a potent spell jar together through the last part of this year. A beautiful container of shared energy, love and learning that will hold space for this class as they move through 2026 and its joys, accomplishments and challenges.

Sometimes bodywork and touch are required for healing to occur and sometimes a finer frequency is needed, that’s where energy work and crystal healing shine.

There is no difference in the power of the two, just in the way they are delivered.
In energy and crystal healing sessions very little touch is used other than the laying on of crystals, the use of sound from tuning forks, Tibetan bowls or shamanic drum.

Both will leave you feeling lighter, more refreshed and more grounded and allow your body to do the healing it was designed to do, feeling nurtured and supported in the process.
