Our massage therapist, Cat, holds professional massage qualifications, seamlessly weaving techniques such as:
• Pressure point release
• Kneading
• Effleurage (long flowing strokes)
• Knuckling

Cat began her wellness journey with energy healing, gaining qualifications in:
🔮 Reiki – Cat’s lineage traces back just 12 teachers from Dr Mikao Usui, the founder of Reiki, offering you a gentle, authentic connection to this traditional practice.
💎 Transpersonal Crystal Healing – a modality that can incorporate holistic counselling, meditation, crystal therapy and much more.

Cat’s journey began even further back in her teenage years, mixing essential oils to help manage emotions such as concentration for her exams, as well as physical issues such as headaches and skin concerns.

Spring is blossoming all around. It’s an absolute joy working in my spa and welcoming in the new season. Our visitors are enjoying the sounds of the rain on the tin roof, the crackle of the fire and the calls of all the birds in our forest spa. This week has seen the return of a group of 50 black tailed cockatoos which are a beautiful background sound to one of our highly rated treatments. Come and experience true Serenity. It’s been a crazy busy week here with the school holidays. Thank you to everyone who is supporting my little offering.
