Kristy Jackson’s Sacred Space offers counselling, stress management and relaxation techniques, mindfulness, meditation and restorative yoga, group and individual sessions available. I am a Mental Health Social Worker and Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Instructor living on the Northwest Coast of Tasmania. I enjoy supporting people of all ages to overcome adversity, build self-awareness, and reconnect with their own sense of strength and calm. Through counselling, mindfulness, and restorative yoga, I aim to create a safe and nurturing space where healing, growth, and self-discovery can unfold at each person’s own pace.
