To achieve anything in life, we must first know where we are going. That’s why I take the time to write out my goals. Too many people are living way too comfortably. Last night I took some time to write down as many goals as I could think of, which I’d like to achieve in the next 10 years. I challenge you to do the same and come up with a minimum list of 50 goals! This was how big my list was. You’ve got to be willing to dream bigger and stretch yourself 💪🏻 Transformation begins when you know where you are and where you want to be! Write it down and get into action.

What are five goals you are proud to have achieved? It’s important to acknowledge how far we have already come! For me, it’s hitting the highest rank in my network marketing business, purchasing an investment property, hitting some pretty darn heavy lifts in the gym, travelling to America and most importantly finding a nutrition system that would be sustainable for the long run ✨ Give yourself a pat on the back for how far you have already come!

We can learn a lot from trees. During storms, trees that stand solid and rigid can easily be uprooted and felled - thrown around like they are nothing. Yet, the trees that can bend and sway can generally withstand even the most powerful storms!!! It’s the same for us - if we are firm and rigid when things aren’t working we can easily fall down. If we are open and flexible to new ideas we can find a way to breakthrough and achieve success. Which areas in your life have you been trying the same thing over and over that is not working for you? When I started to focus on the quality of the calories I was consuming, rather than counting calories, everything changed for me. In an ideal world we wouldn’t need supplements, however most of our food is depleted and mostly empty calories. By focussing on the micronutrients - vitamins, minerals and herbs - ensuring my body gets everything it needs to function at 100%, that’s when everything else became so much easier 💪🏻 You’re body is the only thing you’ve currently got to live in, so wouldn’t it make sense to ensure it gets everything it needs?

Feeling like you’ve had too many Easter eggs and looking to get back on track? 🐰 I’ve got three tips to help you improve your nutrition:
1) Shop the peripherals - outside aisles - of the supermarket. 🍎🥦
2) Focus on making every meal a complete meal - good source of carbs, protein and healthy fat;
3) Try to eat every 3-4 hours.
Life’s all about balance. I stick to an 80/20 rule. I eat healthy 80% of the time and 20% I like to eat what I feel like - I still love my pizza and ice cream 😋 For me I try to keep my “cheat” meals to after my big workouts, when my body needs to refuel!

Six years ago I was introduced to the concept of residual income and ever since learning about it, I’ve been fascinated about it 🤔 A concept where you could build free time for yourself and still earn an income 🏝 All I’d known before it was trading time for income… You have residual bills, so why not have residual income?
Residual bills - monthly memberships - gym, Netflix, Spotify, Audible, phone etc 💸 Residual income - you do the work once and are paid time and time again! 💰 More time for yourself and still earning an income, for helping others and there’s nothing better than that ✨
There is hard work involved too. And a great deal of persistence. In fact, persistence is the one quality needed to be successful here. The pay off is so worth it and too many people quit way too soon…
The most valuable commodity is time, so if there is a way to give you that, would you take it?💥

Three tips for developing persistence:
1. Develop a strong mindset - just remember tough times don’t last, only tough people do 💪🏻 Know that no matter what you’re facing, as long as you don’t quit you are going to get through it. Ups and downs in anything is normal. It’s a part of life and you should embrace every season you are in.
2. Surround yourself with positive people. People that are still going to be there for you no matter how tough your situation gets. People that have been through what you are going through and can help you see things from a different perspective. People that can help you up level to tackle the situation you are in. A level 1 person can be daunted by a level 3 problem - what if you became a level 5 person?
3. Take a break if you need it. Just don’t quit. Sometimes rest can help you to regather your energy and come back with renewed force and zeal and push you through. Even a small bit a day will add up over time 🔥
Keep going and remember you’ve got this 🙏🏻
