Hypnobirthing works for mums having c-sections.

Amazing positive cesarean birth. Sometimes babies need to be born via caesaeran section. Thankfully these can be amazing, calm, positive, empowering births with the right education, tools and care providers. Rachel, Bryson and Stevie are the proof.

beautiful!

My baby boy will be 6 months old in a few days, and I'm feeling a little sentimental about my last baby already 1/2 way to a year. I thought I would share this beautiful photo my Doula captured. My first two births were c-sections, my third birth a hospital unmedicated VBA2C, and my fourth a HBA2C. AND he was my biggest baby at 9lbs. 8.5oz. Our bodies are capable of some pretty incredible things!
