Last Friday our team came together to celebrate Harmony Day 🌏✨
Dressed in traditional attire, we shared a wonderful lunch filled with a mix of dishes prepared by our staff and The Manor kitchen.
It was a fantastic opportunity to embrace and celebrate the many cultures that make up our community. So great to see everyone come together in the spirit of harmony, respect, and connection 💛

We chatted about the women who inspire us and reflected on the strength they bring to our lives. A special moment to celebrate one another! ✨

We’re delighted to welcome the Year 6 students from St Nicholas of Myra Primary School, who have begun their weekly visits to our residents at The Manor this month 💛

From sharing stories and laughter to enjoying activities together, it’s clear our residents love the visits just as much as the students do!

There’s something special about seeing generations connect, learn from one another, and build meaningful friendships within our community.

In the lead-up to Valentine’s Day, everyone enjoyed a delicious chocolate fountain and a wonderful selection of sweet treats. Residents also created a beautiful “Love Tree,” sharing heartfelt messages to family and friends...a nice reminder of the importance of love, connection and community. 💖

A little rain didn’t stop the fun at our much-loved Christmas Fete! 🌧️✨
Residents, came together to enjoy:

• 🎨 Creative craft stalls
• 🔨 Woodworking displays
• 🧵 Manor-made Christmas crafts
• 🧑‍⚕️ Our Community Care stall
• 🍫 And of course… plenty of chocolate!

Today, our residents gathered to reflect and honour those who served, commemorating 80 years since WWII and 50 years of the Australian War Graves. We were grateful to have Defence Force members join us at The Royce memorial service, bringing added significance as we paid our respects to past and present servicemen and women.
