Tired of being pushed to hit KPIs instead of making a real impact?

At Lime Rainbow, we do things differently. We’re growing a true person centred Behaviour Support practice that believes in people over paperwork and outcomes over quotas.

We’re looking to grow our team of Registered Behaviour Support Practitioners who are ready to bring their skills, creativity, and compassion to a space that celebrates individuality, collaboration, and real change - not just compliance boxes.

Who We Are
We’re a values-driven team creating positive, meaningful change in the lives of NDIS participants across all ages and abilities. Our approach is person-centred, neuro-affirming, and evidence-informed - but never rigid. We are a small but growing team of practitioners that work within a transdisciplinary model who all have lived and on the ground experience supporting people and those who support them, not just knowledge from books.

About the Role
We’re seeking Registered Behaviour Support Practitioners who are ready to take the next step, either in a contractor capacity or as a permanent team member, depending on the right fit.

We currently have opportunities for:
• Male practitioners, due to a number of clients requiring male support
• Practitioners with a focus on Early Childhood

You’ll work alongside a transdisciplinary crew of passionate Behaviour Practitioners, Therapy Assistants, OTs, and Speech Pathologists - all working toward real, sustainable outcomes for participants and their families.

Key bits of the role:
• Develop and implement high-quality Interim and Comprehensive BSPs.
• Provide training and coaching to support teams and families.
• Engage in case discussions and collaborative planning (we love ideas!).
• Use your voice in shaping how behaviour support should feel - practical, positive, and participant-first.
• Enjoy flexibility: part-remote, part-hub, and fully human.
