We’re so excited to launch our very first camp designed for siblings aged 9–14 who have a brother or sister with additional needs.

Immediate start available for successful applicants!

Employment Type: Casual/ PPT.
Disability Support Worker.
Remuneration: $35-45 per hour. (Plus loadings. We pay as per the SCHADS award).
Location: Richmond/ Windsor, NSW.
SIL/ Respite/ Day Programs.

What You'll Be Doing:
β€’ Face to face Support.
β€’ Working in our Respite/ SIL and Day Program sites.
β€’ Provide a high level of support, including personal care where required.
β€’ Progress notes and general documentation.
β€’ You'll combine problem-solving with empathy and understanding to deliver tailored solutions.
β€’ You will be a crucial part of our operation, providing support to our amazing participants.

Skills and Qualifications:
β€’ Proven experience in providing support to persons with a disability.
β€’ Certificate III or IV in Disability Support or equivalent.
β€’ WWC check.
β€’ NDIS check.
β€’ First aid certificate.
β€’ NSW Drivers License
β€’ Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
β€’ Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
β€’ Professional and proactive approach to problem-solving.
β€’ Willingness to adapt, work in a team environment, proactive approach and a genuine want to help.

Position Classification: Administration Assistant.
Remuneration: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per annum
Hours Per Week: 38
Location: Windsor, NSW.

This full-time role is based at our Windsor office, with working hours from 9:00am to 5:30pm.

What You'll Be Doing:
As an Administrative Assistant, you'll play a key role in helping the business achieve better overall operational outcomes. You'll combine problem-solving with empathy and understanding to deliver tailored solutions. You will be a crucial part of our operations, providing administrative and clerical support to all departments of the business.

Skills and Qualifications:
β€’ Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably (not a requirement).
