The more I teach yoga, the more interested I become in teaching it to its depth AND closer and closer to its original context, and you can’t get much closer than (the spiritual name of ‘Ganges River’).

On my last trip in April, I bathed in Ganga daily.

This is NOT a yoga holiday, but an immersion, and perhaps, if you will, a purification; washing away all that yoga is not… and maybe even much of what YOU are not…

Just over 7 months ago and Yours Truly began the which - thanks to YOU - has had over 3500 listens! Now we’re taking you to the SOURCE, staying mainly with and doing just a bit of travel to and but ultimately the destination is… INWARD.
