In 2026, Deb will be offering a 50-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training at Bija.

This training explores Yin through a somatic and trauma-informed lens — grounded, spacious and deeply practical. It’s designed for teachers and dedicated students who want to move beyond shapes and into understanding the nervous system, embodiment and therapeutic pacing.

This is a continuing education training. Participants who are already qualified yoga teachers may teach Yin upon completion.
