Our Story

Noosa Confidential integrates both conventional medical components with holistic natural therapies, we offer optimal care with the best opportunity for healing and learning. Hosted in the beautiful Noosa shire all programmes help guests to identify and change the foundational beliefs and thinking that are causing unwanted behaviours. Be it depression, anxiety, addiction or general lack of well being, we assist our guests to become mentally and physically stronger. We start with an educational approach, addressing what sits at the heart of all disease, stress and inflammation in the body. From here, we proceed with extensive cutting-edge pathology testing to see if there are contributing physical factors. We combine this with nutrition, detoxification, physical therapies, relaxation techniques and more traditional talk therapies to bring you back to peak mental and physical wellness. This is unlike any other programme in the country and is designed for people who are looking for a long term solution that really works. Your programme length and structure starts with an initial phone consultation with an experienced and friendly team member and during that conversation, we will discuss how Noosa confidential can address your needs in a new way and what can be achieved in various time frames. If you wish to proceed, you will be asked to fill in a short questionnaire, so that your programme can be tailored to fit into your preferred schedule and to ensure your goals are achievable during your time working with us. We offer short term and long term programs and we cater for locals to the Sunshine Coast, who can attend our centre in Noosaville as well as those coming from interstate, who stay at our residences.
