As part of ESSA's Exercise Right week which happens every year, with this year's week being from 20-26th May, we have created this challenge for the whole month of May.
May 20-26th is Exercise Right week! This week highlights the awesome and vital role that Exercise and Sport Science professionals play in all different environments. Whether you're suffering from an injury, beating something bigger like cancer, dementia or diabetes, or maybe you just want to up your fitness game, it's important to get the right advice from an exercise and movement expert to ensure you're Exercising Right.
The Exercise Righy Challenge is designed to support you in creating daily habits and incorporating movement into your regular routine. Every day in May, we invite you to follow our Movement Calendar. You can join a team mate, colleagues, friends and family - Follow the suggestions each day - Take photos and share your experience with us- and Encourage others!
