Nichole has over 20 years of clinical experience in private physiotherapy, with expertise in spinal, pelvic, and hip conditions. She has worked in London and Sydney alongside Australia's leading Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Doctors. Nichole founded Synergy Physio on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland in 2007 to provide patients with an expert team of physios offering longer appointments, thorough assessment and treatment with both manual therapy and exercise rehabilitation. She handpicked her entire team to ensure a caring and professional approach to physiotherapy care for all patients. She continues to provide a mentoring approach with her whole team to ensure your care. Nichole's areas of expertise are the spine, pelvic (sacroiliac joint) pain, and hip pain. Her additional training has also included Connect Therapy. Nichole regularly utilises the Connect Therapy approach to determine any factors that may have been adding to your problems that are 'outside the square' and can be missed or overlooked. As a result, Nichole commonly assesses chronic or 'difficult' cases with a fresh biomechanical approach and offers 'second opinion' services for patients and physiotherapists.

💧 Hydrotherapy vs Clinical Pilates 🧘‍♂️
Both are amazing physio tools—but they help your body in different ways.

Hydrotherapy
✔ Low-impact, warm water exercise
✔ Reduces pain + joint load
✔ Great for early rehab, arthritis & post-surgery
✔ Helps you move comfortably and safely

Clinical Pilates
✔ Builds core + full-body strength
✔ Improves posture and movement control
✔ Ideal for back/neck pain, injury prevention & returning to sport
✔ Tailored exercises on mat or reformer

Which is right for you?
Hydro is perfect when movement is painful. Pilates is ideal when you're ready to build long-term strength and stability. Many clients use both as they progress.

Not sure where to start? Call the PhysioChoice clinic today on 07 5448 3369 and we can book you in for your initial assessment with one of our amazing physiotherapists to start your fitness and or recovery journey.
