Learn from them and move on.👈

How many times do we get caught up in our mistakes?
Instead of looking at them from a perspective of self-growth and understanding, we become hard on ourselves , judging and victimising our actions.

Mistakes are part of life and should never be something we hold onto in a negative way, pushing ourselves down. Once we learn to accept them and take responsibility, we’re ready to move on.

Look back and ask yourself , am I learning and growing from my mistakes, or am I letting myself be buried in them?
There’s a big difference in how life flows depending on what you choose…

If you stop ✋🏻 for a moment and reflect on how you’re feeling — and start to look deeper into how you’re moving your energy, your thoughts, and your actions today — would they be aligned with what you truly want to create?
Or are they being directed toward distractions?

Paying attention to other people’s lives, keeping yourself busy so you don’t have to stop, listen, and take action towards what you know is best for you…

We all want to live joyfully, but if we don’t take action towards our own lives — if we’re not stronger than that little voice of fear in our heads — we end up distracting ourselves and choosing the “comfort zone” instead of growth.

👉👉If life has been a bit uncomfortable to live, stop and acknowledge that to yourself. If there are things you want change, be the powerful creator, choose yourself, love yourself, let your mind work for your Heart ( I know that’s not easy, but no one can do it for you, so find the strength to direct your energy towards love.)

✨Time is flying… the days, the weeks, the months… passing by as we run after things, chasing more experiences, feeling like we always need to do and accomplish more. On different levels and in different situations, most of us are chasing life instead of living it.

✨We all know this on a mental level, but what are we really doing to stop, to calm our minds and our bodies, and to truly discover what we want for our lives?

✨Time,precious time,you can’t buy it, and it will never come back. So if you’re feeling anxious, if it feels like nothing is ever enough no matter what you do, if you’re always chasing more, or postponing your happiness thinking it will come in the future… then it’s time to reset.

✨Time to breathe. Time to slow down. To appreciate the simple things. To take time for yourself,to gain clarity, to feel life, and to remember how precious this journey really is.

Ingrid Keppler

Ingrid was born in Brazil where she studied Physiotherapy for 5 years. After finishing her Diploma she worked for a year and half when decided to travel to New Zealand.

She fell in love with that beautiful land and the life style outdoors and spent around 4 years living there working as a remedial massage therapist.

Ready for new adventures, she moved to Sydney in 2010 where she kept working as a remedial massage therapist but also started her Reiki studies, becoming a Reiki Master and working with healings as well as remedial massage. Yoga and meditation have been part of her journey since 2009 wich for her was the most important tools along the way for her self growth and better understanding of the body, mind and spirit connections. Along with Reiki she did studied other Healing modalities such as Theta Healing and Access Bars, as every person has different needs through out their process. Ingrid has empathy to find which technic or combination of technics would suit her clients to meet their needs, as everyone has a different body as a whole.

Ingrid believes that a balanced life comes from a everyday practice of self respect and love, bringing the aspects of physical body, emotions, and mind in harmony for a well being.
