More proof that lifting heavy s**t does not turn women into the friggen Hulk. I’ve been trying for YEARS… and my shoulders are still puny AF compared to his.

So if you’re scared of weights because you ‘don’t want to get bulky’ — you need to calm the f**k down 😂

What WILL lifting weights do for you?

Ummm, only make you strong, capable, confident, and harder to break. Nothing that important at all right?! 😜

Yes I’m ranting about kids and food - and no I’m not sorry about it! 😬🙄

Even Mak (who’s a friggen teen) can not believe the absolute crap some parents are putting in their kid’s lunchboxes.

Look, this ISN’T about being perfect - because who the f**k is 🥴

This IS about responsibility.

Our kids don’t buy the food.
Our kids don’t decide what’s in the fridge.

We do 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️

And if we’re handing them ultra-processed s**t every single day and calling it “normal”… then no wonder they are not thriving as they should be.

Food is fuel.
Food is health.
Food is literally how their bodies and brains are built.

They don’t need fancy f**king insta- worthy lunch boxes.

They DO need:
🍗 Protein
🍓🥒🥕Fruit & veggies
They need food that actually does something - food that doesn’t come in a friggen pkt!!!!

Because setting your kids up to be strong, healthy humans is part of your bloody job - there, I said it.

So yup — it starts with us. 💥💪

If you’re only training to look better, you’re missing the bloody point 🙄

Strength training is about keeping your bones strong and muscle on your body — especially through peri + menopause 💪🦴

Feeling weaker, stiffer, more tired isn’t “just aging.” It’s muscle loss and bone density dropping 😬

Walking and Pilates are great — but they won’t stop that s**t from happening!

Bones need load 🏋️‍♀️
Muscles need challenge 🔥

This isn’t about being smaller🚫
It’s about staying strong, capable and independent for the rest of your life ✨

When did people stop giving a f**k about themselves? 🤷‍♀️

Like … when did you decide your health, strength and energy could just sit at the bottom of the list? 🫠

If you feel like s**t now —
❌ low energy 😴
❌ weak 🫣
❌ uncomfortable in your body 😣
❌ moody, sore, exhausted 😤

Then know this 👉 it doesn’t magically get better by “waiting”. Or f**king “hoping”!!!

It gets worse unless you do something about it.

You need to decide that you ARE worth looking after again 💪✨

That means getting stronger. Feeding yourself properly. Being consistent and learning to be patient AF.

You don’t need motivation — you just need to give a f**k 🔥

📢 The secret is… there is no f**king secret!! 😱

What worked for fat loss and muscle gain 100 years ago will work for the next 100 years too.

Yup I know that’s annoying AF especially if you are hoping for a magic pill - or jab 🙄 but I’m not talking about that.

The truth no one selling that s**t wants you to know is that you have to:

➡️ Eat enough protein
➡️ Strength train consistently
➡️ Move your body regularly
➡️ Sleep. Manage stress. Repeat.
➡️ Do it for longer than 6 bloody weeks

Yes it’s the bloody basics done over and over and over again.

Bodies haven’t changed.
Human physiology hasn’t changed.
The marketing bulls**t has.

If fat loss feels impossible for you, it’s not because you’re broken. It’s because you’ve been sold short-term crap instead of a long-term plan that actually fits your life.

This is why I coach the way I do.

Not to make you smaller (ps. that certainly does NOT have to be a goal), but stronger, healthier and more confident for the rest of your life.

So, if you’re done chasing friggen secrets and are ready to actually do the work — you know where I am. 😉

Stop f**king giving up🚶‍♀️🔥

Giving up when s**t gets hard is the biggest reason most people never reach their fat loss or performance goals. Not hormones. Not age. Not a “slow metabolism.”

Real progress takes time. Unsexy time. Repetitive, boring, “is this f**king doing anything?” time.

Being patient AF is a skill!! ✨🤩

It’s showing up anyway when results aren’t obvious yet. It’s not quitting every time you don’t “feel like it” 😐

If you need a new plan, and someone to help you - I’m all yours 🙌

BUT … you need stick with it and stop quitting when it gets hard (coz it friggen will).

Keep moving. Keep lifting. Keep fuelling your body like it actually bloody matters - because it DOES! And future you will be very grateful. 💪✨

That uncomfortable space between knowing what to do… and actually doing what you friggen know 👀

How many of you are living right here?? 🙋‍♀️

You’re not dumb.
You’re not lazy.
And yep — you already KNOW what works.

But life happens… stress, kids, work, hormones, zero f**ks left — and that gap opens up FAST.

So instead of trying to close it, we have excuses running on repeat. Day after bloody day.

Because yeah — change is uncomfortable AF …
and staying the same feels safer.

But … and you already know this -
nothing shifts until your actions line up with what you actually want. 😵‍💫

And THIS is where coaching comes in — and I’m not talking motivation here, I’m talking accountability and a plan to follow so you finally get where you wanna go ✨👊
