But the woman I actually care about?
She’s 45.
She’s tired AF.
Her body feels different and she doesn’t recognise it some days.
The scale won’t budge no matter how little she eats.
And she’s quietly thinking…
“Is this just how it is now?”
Nope. It’s not!
Hormones changing does NOT mean your standards drop.
It means your strategy needs to change.
You don’t need to starve.
You don’t need another bulls**t 6-week shred, and you don’t need to punish yourself with endless friggen cardio.
You need to lift heavy-ish things. 💪
You need to eat like a grown woman who respects her body. 🍳🥑
You need to stop trying to shrink… and start trying to build.
Midlife isn’t the decline.
