The one thing you can’t buy?
Muscle. 💪
You can buy all sorts of “miracle” s**t that promises a smaller body by next Tuesday.
But you cannot buy muscle.
You have to earn that s**t. 🔥
Muscle is built when you show up on the days you’d rather stay in bed.
When you lift heavy even though peri/menopause, stress and life are doing their best to kick your ass 🤦♀️😖
When you eat enough protein instead of living on coffee 😬
And, when you stay consistent for months and years… not 3 friggen weeks.
Because here’s the truth no one wants to hear:
A smaller body doesn’t automatically mean a stronger, healthier, more capable one.
And anything that promises fast, effortless results usually comes with a catch. 🚩
You want a body that still feels strong & confident in your 40s, 50s and beyond?
Then stop chasing shortcuts …. and start earning that s**t. 👊
